A note on the numbering of Bord Na Mona wagons : Each individual system has its own numbering sequences (Blackwater for example uses 1 to 600). However it is not known which sites come under which system or what their sequences are. So therefore the numbers are listed at the site they were seen. In some cases numbers are duplicated at one site – the reason for this is not known, and in some instances a wagon will carry two numbers again the reason for this is not known.
