Notes : The party was informed that locos 70014 Iron Duke (4-6-2) & 92220 Evening Star (2-10-0), both A.Dixon/2009 & 2010 respectively - were undergoing overhaul at an undisclosed location. Also Loco [Bridget] (0-4-2T), Mike Wadey/1982 - was stored and sheeted over in the rear of the shed and permission to view was not granted and not possible at this time.

Paradise Park Miniature Railway, Newhaven(7.25" Gauge).
LOCO : Hymek (4w-4wDH), Mardyke Miniature Railways/2011 - Working passenger services. COACHES : Four Mardyke Miniature Railways U/I Pullman liveried open sit in carriages.


Note : The railway is located within this garden centre and is accessed via the cafe.


Brooklands Pleasure Park Diddly's Miniature Railway, East Worthing(10.25" Gauge).
LOCOS : Diddly-Dum (4w-4wDH s/o.), Jim Hudell & Kevin McCluskey/1985 - Working passenger services ; Diddly-Dee (4w-4wDH s/o), Kevin McCluskey/2009.  COACHES : Three U/I open sit in carriages, that have had fibreglass built up around them to give the appearance of being enclosed carriages ; Three U/I open sit in carriages.


Note : The locos are unusual in that they have a fibreglass steam outline with a large childs head wearing a baseball cap on the front that are built onto the loco frames and were designed by the owner/operator (Kevin McCluskey), they represent characters that appear in his children's book, another smaller loco (same gauge) is due to be built within the next year or so.
