the missing Smiths Industrial Cranes, 1 had gone to the Middleton Railway and
another had gone to the Elsecar Steam Railway. Builders details not known.
6) Corus
have just won a contract to repair Freightliner Class 66s’, hence the above
two noted in the maintenance shed.

The company are in the process of moving all of their
equipment to this site from their old site in Scotter Road. The latter site was
also visited but was closed with nothing viewable. The new Dawes Lane site was
the site of the old BR Frodingham Diesel Depot.
