How we use your information
We collect some personal information from you when you join the Society or take part in any of the Society events in order to deliver the Society's services to you. This data is only held for a reasonable time after you take part in a Society event or you stop being a member of the Society.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to provide you with a copy of the data we hold for you by making a "Date Subject Access Request" to privacy@cardiffandavonside.org.uk . If you have any concerns about the information we hold about you or how it is being used please contact us at and we will ensure any data we hold is up to date and accurate correcting any errors that you highlight to us.
Who do we share your information with
The data we hold will never be shared with any third parties only with any law enforcement agencies, courts or government bodies if required.
